Es liegt mir besonders am Herzen, dass sich alle wohlf\u00fchlen und die Stunde mit einem gesteigerten Wohlbefinden verlassen. Meine Sch\u00fcler begleite ich durch eine strukturierte Stunde, die mit einem sanften Ausklang endet. Gl\u00fccklicherweise wird mir nachgesagt, dass meine sanfte Stimme zur Entspannung beitr\u00e4gt. Es erf\u00fcllt mich jedes Mal aufs Neue mit Freude, wenn ich die Teilnehmer f\u00fcr eine Stunde aus ihrem stressigen Alltag entf\u00fchren kann, um sie mit ihrem Atem, ihrem K\u00f6rper und ihrer Seele zu verbinden und in Einklang zu bringen.
